The dream of my great parents came true, because the oily floored Kalmár pub that was respected in the 14th century developed into a classic, a Hungarian tradition follower, quasi-domesticated restaurant. In 1982 our company with Zöldfa Restaurant name has opened.

In the last 25 years it became a favourite place of the territory which is also the pride of our family!

The operator of the Országalma Restaurant is the Gála Party Service Ltd., one of Hungary\'s largest event planning companies. The company, which was founded in 1992, manages a number of other restaurants not only in various institutions, but also in the city\'s most prominent tourist areas.
In 2003, the Gála acquired the right to serve Parliament events. This includes the provision of a hot and cold buffet for the representatives, the operation of an a la carte restaurant on the days of Parliament sessions, the provisions for committee sessions and catering related to protocol events, furthermore, the managing of the Országalma Restaurant which opened in 2007.
The restaurant provides the opportunity for organizing events of an exquisitely high standard which are worthy of the \"spirit\" of the location. Guests are received with a carefully composed menu and exemplary quality. The restaurant serves the traditional and widely popular tastes of Hungarian cuisine in a fashionable and modern way.

People know us by the French, Chez Daniel restaurant, which we operate for 14. years in the “heart” of Budapest. For smaller closed receptions we suggest our separate rooms that are connected to the restaurant, but we gladly assumes the transaction of bigger events also in outer venues. Our menu card reflects to French taste world and every dishes of it made by local, seasonal raw materials, with the use if French cooking habits. Daniel creates meals by his own, which is the guarantee for the constant and high quality.
Although the emphasis is usually on the meals, we gladly deal with every part of organizing.

We established Parteam Catering Kft in 1992 with the aim to solve the little details of event organising, if you don\'t have enough time, energy and of course decent specialists.

I was working in the kitchen of Hotel Attryum Hyatt Hotel for 6 years in Budapest.

Our company deals with complex catering services since 1997. Behind our 10 year\'s experience there are more than 100 succesful events and more than 300.000 satisfied guests, what made us very proud.

The Kiskastély Restaurant is stated in an elegant, reminiscent ambience, that has a menu card with Hungarian and international dishes and outstanding Hungarian wines.
According to separate agreement, we assume the transaction of different outer events for 1000 persons. We are also can be responsible for catering service, for art productions, hostess service, and discounted accommodation.
