About us

Mystery Hotel Budapest is a new, 82-room luxury hotel located in the 6th district, the city center of Budapest. Budapest’s main attractions, like the House of Parliament, Heroes’ Square and the Basilica are within walking distance of the hotel. This eclectic palace was built by the Hungarian Freemasons in 1896. As the life of the Freemasons was full of mystery and mystique, so is our hotel; shrouded with legends and secrets. By entering the hotel you can feel that we are going to a special world. 

Accommodation

Each of the guestrooms, studios and suites are designed in three different styles aligned with a Greek column style: Corinth, Ion and Dorian. The columns also can be seen in the rest of the hotel, in the lobby, in the restaurant, in the Day Spa and in the Sky Garden. Our Superior King rooms have a royal atmosphere and 2 people can be accommodated there. The Dorian-style Superior Double-Double room category features two double beds (140 x 200 cm), each with its own private balcony overlooking the Secret Garden. The extravagant French-style Duplex King is a special two-storey room category in Ion column order. The double Mystery King rooms feature Corinthian, Ionian styles with a few rooms in the Doric style. Mystery Double-Double corner rooms can be up on request, these rooms can be connected with a Mystery King room, providing a perfect solution for families. The Mystery King family rooms have a pull-out sofa bed. The Studio Suite features a standalone bathtub and a special glass roof with unparalleled views of the starry sky. The unique atmosphere of the Atelier Studio suite inspires a painter's rooftop studio. The Da Vinci Suite can be converted into a two-bedroom residence, providing even more comfort.

In our hotel you can organize various meetings and events, for which there are 5 meetings and conference rooms with a unique atmosphere, but with a subdued, classic elegance. In the Mystery Hotel each of our guests can enjoy the following services free of charge during their stay: the use of secret garden spa and fitness room, pre-prepared mineral water and Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms, for which the capsules are offered free of charge, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Our hotel provides valet parking service for an additional fee. Guest cars taken by the hotel’s doorman to a secured parking. We will return your car at the agreed time upon your departure time. We are happy to provide you transfer from the airport, train station or even from the ship station on arrival and departure. We offer Mercedes, Tesla and Mercedes buses in a variety of categories in case of smaller groups.

Budapest’s main attractions, such as Parliament, Heroes Square, Andrássy út and the Basilica are also within walking distance of the hotel. Mystery Hotel has a great location from which to discover Budapest. In our vicinity there are two different metro stations and other options for public transportation provide easy access for the guests. Westend City Center, which is one of the biggest shopping malls of Budapest is also within walking distance from the hotel. The distance from the hotel to the airport is 22 km.
