About us

In addition to its 320 square meter Ballroom, Haris Park offers three unique section rooms, a high-quality integrated audio system, air-conditioned rooms, a private car park, an elegant suite, catering service, an impressive garden and unique spaces with views on the Castle area. Whether it’s a family or business event, our team will do their best to make the event unique and memorable. The special outdoor and indoor venues, our international event management experience, as well as the personalized, individual advice are the guarantee, that we will allow your dreams to become true!

Accommodation

There is one double suite available in Haris Park, but we have a contract with a 5-star hotel in the area, where we can book for guests at a discount.

Services, opportunities

Our room rental fees are including the use of built-in sounds system (suitable for background music) with two microphones. the use of our plugs in every room as well as the 3x32A high voltage access in the Ballroom. Our building offers disabled entry to the building with disabled restroom on the ground floor, and evelator available for all floors.

Extras

We also offer 3 smaller auxillary rooms to support our larger events. We offer a Tower Suite for overnight stay for two persons, which has an internal balcony overlooking our Ballroom. This is not only recommended for wedding couples, but also as a VIP interview room or an overnight stay opportunity for your guest speaker. Connected to our Champagne Bar, we offer a tiny office called Secret Room with it’s own restroom, and direct access to our parking lot. This could be used as a preparation room for conference planners, or even as an entry/exit point for protected guests. Our Lobby located between the Ballroom and the Chapel is an ample/registration welcome space, or to provide additional space to one of the ground-floor rooms. Our Lobby is furnished with exclusive furniture which can be supplemented with high tables. Haris Park is an excellent spot for creative photography! Several rooms with diverse, exclusive design, exciting garden, and droning opportunities. and many more! If you wish to reserve space for photoshooting, ask for our individual offer! Our Ballroom is not only suitable for conferences and weddings – due to the special setup of the building, we are able to display 3 cars in our Ballroom – excellent spot for a car show!
