About us

The Szent Gellért Forum is one of the newest and most modern event venues in Szeged, which is perfectly suited to host various events with its outstanding facilities and a wide range of special rooms. The Szent Gellért Forum won the title of the best rural event venue in the Business Traveller Hungary 2020 competition. The main strength of the Szent Gellért Forum is its outstandingly rich choice of venues. The following sections of the 10 hectare site ensure that clients can choose from a colourful range of venues to suit their individual needs. Two event halls are available in the main building of the stadium (standing receptions, conferences, gala dinners) - Multifunctional event hall for events (concerts, receptions) for up to 1000 people. - Outdoor small stage and grandstand - Amphitheatre with seating for 264 people. - Sports and other facilities: 3 clay tennis courts, 100 m running track, multi-purpose recurve court (streetball, handball, football, volleyball), outdoor fitness park, playground. - The crowning glory of the complex is the opening in 2023 of the Hotel Gerardus****, located within the complex and offering 50 elegant rooms, a restaurant for 80 people and 2 private rooms.

The newly built Hotel Gerardus opened its doors in August 2023 in Szeged, at the Szent Gellért Fórum, creating the largest and most complex sports and event centre in the Southern Great Plain. With its sophisticated design, 50 rooms including 2 suites, sauna world, 80-seat restaurant and excellent chef with a 21st century concept, it is a centre where every guest is guaranteed a unique experience.
