About us

Welcome to Villa Park Panzió, where a peaceful environment and modern services provide the perfect setting for business events and team-building programs. Our venue offers a variety of rooms, outdoor spaces, and full catering services for meetings, trainings, workshops, or exclusive business dinners. The tranquil surroundings support focus, while the closeness of nature creates an inspiring backdrop for creative thinking and strengthening collaboration. Our goal is that every guest leaves not only with a successful event but also recharged with new energy and unforgettable experiences. Villa Park Panzió is the place where business success and relaxation go hand in hand.

Accommodation

In the main building of our guesthouse, we offer 13 Classic rooms and 2 Classic-style apartments, all renovated in 2022. The rooms overlook either the inner courtyard or the street, and their natural wooden furnishings ensure a calm and relaxing stay for our guests. Our Superior rooms, opened in 2021, are located in the new wing of Villa Park Panzió and feature unique, premium interiors. This section includes 8 upstairs rooms with balconies and 2 ground-floor rooms by the pool, one of which is fully accessible. For guests seeking the highest level of comfort, two Deluxe rooms are also available on the upper floor of this wing. Depending on their preferences, guests can choose from smaller or more spacious rooms tailored to their needs.

Services, opportunities

Our private wellness area features a jacuzzi, children’s pool, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna, as well as a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. For our younger guests, we offer a playroom, while adults can enjoy a games room equipped with foosball, darts, and table tennis. Guests can also take advantage of outdoor cooking facilities with options for grilling and traditional kettle cooking in the courtyard. In addition, we organize both indoor and outdoor programs, either within the guesthouse grounds or in the beautiful surroundings of Szilvásvárad.

Extras

Szilvásvárad offers a wide range of active experiences for groups, and we are happy to assist in organizing off-road jeep adventure tours or bicycle rentals. Thanks to the diverse local program options, guests can explore the Szalajka Valley with a guide, discovering highlights such as the Fátyol Waterfall, the open-air forest museum, the wildlife park, trout ponds, and prehistoric caves – either by narrow-gauge forest train or on foot (approx. 5 km). For those seeking even more adventure, opportunities include carriage rides, horseback riding, and scenic hikes along the nature trail leading to the Millennium Lookout Tower.

Accessibility

Our guesthouse is located in the center of Szilvásvárad, just off the main road in a quiet side street. Thanks to its convenient location, the building is easily accessible both by car and on foot. From Budapest, Szilvásvárad can be reached in about 2.5 hours by car via the M3 motorway. Guests can also travel by train or long-distance bus to Eger, from where Szilvásvárad is only a short ride away.
